Don’t check your calendar, yes it is Tuesday and before 11:59 pm. How could I not be ready for today when I had this great picture of our dancer girl to share with you. Taylor LOVES to dance. She loves to twirl and leap and move to the music. Good thing she loves to dance because this momma also love to dance. Come on over anytime you feel like joining our dance parties.

Rainy days lately translate into lots of puddles. I am normally okay with a few puddle splashes, but not when all dressed up for the preschool program. She never said a word. Just snuck over to the edge of the yard while I was taking pictures of Taylor. I see you little one and am catching on to your stealthy ways.

Taylor loves to be outside, but sometimes she would rather be writing a story or drawing a picture. Lizzie loves to be outside and begs me even when it’s raining. Taylor and I have figured out a solution to the problem by allowing her to write stories while enjoying the sunshine.

Lizzie loves her red boots. Not just wants to wear them sometimes, but like LOVES them and wants to wear them everyday. She has even taken up her Daddy’s sense of style and believe that they go with any outfit. I guess if there’s any state where she can wear boots with shorts then it would be Texas. I have to admit that I love her in her little red boots.

Thanks to a great idea from KK, Taylor rocked it for crazy hair day at school this week. I thought Lizzie looked like Cindy Lou Who with her pigtails, but I think Taylor is beating her with this one. Lizzie HAD to join in the fun and be in the picture too. She thinks a pony tail meant she had crazy hair today too. Too bad her crazy hair is more after nap, not before.

There were so many great pictures from Easter that I thought I would make up weeks of being late on sending pictures by giving you a bonus this week. No lie here is the actual conversation that occurred between these two. I wanted to laugh so hard but kept it together so I could take photos.
Taylor: Which color egg do you want me to crush on your head Lizzie?
Lizzie: You crush it here Tay?
Taylor: Okay, I’ll just pick one.
Taylor: Want another one?

Our Taylor was on fire at Aunt Adie’s for cascarones on Easter! She had her basket filled with eggs in no time and was ready for the battle among all the cousins and adults. This is one of the few pictures I got of her from the front since she was running the entire time. The confetti in her hair at this point seems mild to the way it looked in the end. We are still finding tiny pieces in her hair!
